1. Service Scope & Professionalism The Stewardess Standard provides bespoke home curation, detail cleaning, and organizational management. All services are performed with the highest level of professional rigor, discretion, and attention to detail.
2. Key & Access Protocol I operate with total respect for your privacy and security. Where access to private residences is required, all keys, security codes, and sensitive personal information are handled with absolute confidentiality and managed according to agreed-upon security protocols.
3. Handling of Personal Items ("The Stewardship Promise") I approach every home with a "leave it as you found it—or better" philosophy.
Any item moved during the organizational or cleaning process will be returned to its exact original location.
Should you prefer items to be rearranged or newly organized, this will be done only after consultation and explicit approval.
Your personal space and belongings are treated with the same care and respect as the high-value environments managed in the superyacht industry.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations To maintain a high standard of service and ensure availability for all clients:
I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Services are performed based on the agreed-upon scope and schedule discussed during your consultation.
5. Communication For your convenience and security, all inquiries, scheduling, and updates can be managed via Email, WhatsApp, or direct call. I am committed to responsive and clear communication.
6. Final Assessment: All quotes provided via phone or message are estimates based on the information provided. I reserve the right to adjust the final proposal upon an in-person walk-through or at the start of the first service should the condition of the property differ significantly from the description.
New Client Deposit: To secure your initial booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Invoicing: For ongoing maintenance clients, invoices are issued upon completion of each service.
Payment Methods: I accept payment via Bank Transfer or Cash.
Bank Details: Bank transfer details will be provided directly on your invoice.
Payment Timeline: For established recurring clients, payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice date.
